Our Classes

The best hour of your day happens right here in our classes! Led by our passionate trainers, all our classes are designed to deliver great results in a fun and welcoming environment. Don’t worry that our workouts will be too tough for you. We scale everything to your personal fitness level. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • RedLine Bootcamp-Closter Location Only

    RedLine is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. These programs are more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than CrossFit. The primary focus is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. RedLine tends to have more of a strength and toning focus but still incorporates substantial conditioning work. Both classes are great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes.

  • Mobility

    Learn to “stretch with purpose” in our mobility classes. This class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself – including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. Discover the powers of foam rolling, self-myofascial release, PNF, trigger points, self- massage, stretch band work and more to become a better athlete.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Steam offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
