Do you need help finding the right foods to eat and being held accountable at the gym?!

Keep reading to learn more about our 6-week Challenge program!

To start the process, you will schedule a consultation with Nicole, our accountability coach.

During this half hour meeting, Nicole will explain how classes, your meal plan, and accountability plan will work during the 6 weeks.

When you commit to taking this step toward a healthier lifestyle, Nicole will perform your initial weigh in and provide you with a meal plan. Before you head out, she will explain the meal plan and also set two individualized goals for you to work toward during the Challenge.

During your 6 weeks, you will attend class anywhere between 2-5 times per week. Once a week you will weigh in on our InBody scale, so that you and your accountability coach can keep track of your progress.

Coach Nicole will check in with you once a week to address any hardships, and praise any successes you had the previous week.

At the end of the 6 weeks, we will do a final weigh in to see if at least one of your two goals have been met. This is when you can decide if this 6 weeks was a quick fix, or the start of a new healthy lifestyle.
