7 Chest to Bar Pull ups
7 Burpees
 
Cash Out
10 Muscle ups or 50 Sit Ups and 100 Russian Twists
 
(if you can do muscle ups or if you are close, do the muscle ups or work on muscle up progression.  If time permits, you can do both.  If you can not do muscle ups and are not close, you must do the sit ups and twists.)
