Our CrossFit program is designed to get you in the best shape of your life! We combine running, rowing, weightlifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, kettlebells… and anything else we can think of into an engaging fitness experience designed to increase your overall strength and conditioning so you’re ready to take on anything that life might throw at you!

Getting Started:

STEP 1: TRY IT: Come in for a free intro class held every Saturday at 10:00 am and Sunday at 10:30 am. These classes are designed to give an overview of what we do and how we do it! This is a great way to see if CrossFit is for you.

STEP 2: ON RAMP: These three 1-hour sessions are designed to familiarize you with the movements we most frequently use and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. The On Ramp sessions are held by appointment only.

STEP 3: GROUP CLASSES: Our group classes combine everything you’ve learned in our On Ramp classes plus an infinite number of other exercises to bring out that athlete in you! You never know what you might get! These classes are intense, challenging, and a lot of fun!
